中国艾滋病病毒携带者联盟（CAP+）新出了一期"我们的声音"，针对"河南规定大中院校新生全员检测HIV" 一事做了一个回顾，从合法性，伦理性，公平性、科学性、风险性五个角度梳理了各方观点，主要选择5月30日至6月9日新浪微博上发表（传播）较有影响力、能反映不同人群声音的观点进行重点呈现。
