社区研究技巧――技术支持项目
Community Research Skills - Technical Assistance Program
 
亚洲促进会欢迎中国成瘾者草根机构进行申请,开展以社区为基础的艾滋病政策研究,推动当地有关政策的制定和落实。我们在招募那些试图开展调查研究,以记录影响当地社区的某个具体问题的草根成瘾者机构。我们会提供培训,帮助这些机构制定研究计划,并一道合作推动当地政策的落实。Asia Catalyst is now accepting applications from IDU grassroots organizations in China interested in learning how to do community-based AIDS policy research to improve local policy. We are looking for grassroots IDU groups that want to document a specific legal issue affecting the local community. Our training will help the IDU group to develop a research plan and to work with local government to improve local policy.
 
作为此项目的一部分,亚洲促进会将选择两个组织参加于20119月在香港举办的关于分析艾滋病政策和法律的培训班。去香港的行程支出将由亚洲促进会资助。亚洲促进会将挑选其中一个成瘾者机构,进行一对一的培训,以帮助其发展几本的研究技能。As part of this program, Asia Catalyst will select two organizations to attend a workshop on analyzing legal rights in Hong Kong in September 2011. Travel costs to Hong Kong will be funded by Asia Catalyst. Asia Catalyst will select one IDU group for one-on-one coaching in the organization's office, to help the IDU group to master basic research skills.

        从十月到十二月,亚洲促进会将提供个人形式以及网络会议形式的跟进训练以此帮助成瘾者机构在十二月底前完成一个简单报告和倡导计划。Asia Catalyst will offer follow-up support from October through December in person and by web conference to help the IDU group to produce a short report and an advocacy plan by the end of December 2011.
 
      请注意亚洲促进会只能支持香港培训班的费用,并提供有限的访费用用于社区研究项目。除此之外,项目不提供任何其他的拨款或补贴。项目进行过程中所有收集到的材料及报告均归该成瘾者机构所有。 Please note that Asia Catalyst will only provide a scholarship to pay for travel to Hong Kong, and a limited transportation allowance for interviewees as part of the community research project. This program does not provide any other grant funds or compensation. All materials gathered by the IDU organization will be the sole property of that organization.
