请允许我荣幸地宣布，联合国人权高专办的中文网站已于今日正式发布。您可以通过访问http://www.ohchr.org/ch来浏览该网站上的信息
http://www.ohchr.org/CH/。望各位转告相关同事和网络。

我们竭力为该中文网站提供优质的中文内容和材料，包括有关人权高专办、人权、我们的工作以及各人权机制等信息。

该网站还提供了最近发布的中文版《民间社会手册》、以及其它大量出版物，以期进一步提高受众对人权的认知和意识。

由于资源上的限制，我们目前仅能提供相对静态的内容。我们希望能在年底前建立起管理网站动态内容（如：新闻、专题和声明等）的内部能力，并确保网站的可持续性开发。

同时，非常欢迎您对网站的可访性和内容提供反馈意见。

Dear colleagues,

It is my pleasure to inform you that the Chinese version of OHCHR
website is from today available at: http://www.ohchr.org/CH/. Please
circulate to relevant networks and colleagues.

We have made every effort to provide the best content and materials in
Chinese on this website, including information regarding the OHCHR,
Human Rights, our work and Human rights mechanisms.

The recently published Chinese version of the Civil Society Handbook,
together with other publications, is also available on the Chinese
site, which we hope will further reinforce our efforts on increasing
knowledge and raising awareness about human rights amongst the target
audience.

For the time being, the contents on the Chinese site can be rather
static. This is owing to our limited resources. Before the end of the
year, we are hopeful that we will have the in-house capacity to manage
the dynamic content of the website (web stories, statements, etc.), to
ensure sustainability.

Meanwhile, your feedback on the accessibility and content of the
website will be very much appreciated.
