本手册是针对经培训过的提供美沙酮心理社会支持服务工作的维持人员同伴开发的，内容包括同伴日常工作流程、新入组病人接待和同伴咨询的内容、依从性跟进指南、同伴支持小组活动主题和流程等。指南目的在于指导同伴开展工作，保证同伴支持工作的标准化、一致性和控制干预的质量。本指南可作为做类似工作的同伴的工作工具书用，可与《同伴参与美沙酮心理社会支持信息手册》配套使用；也可做为门诊医务工作人员开展心理社会干预工作的参考。

A Work Guideline for Peer_Led MMT Psychosocial Support

This Guideline is designed for the trained MMT client peers who provide MMT psychosocial support service at clinic and in the community to the other clients. The Guideline consist daily work process, new client induction procedure, content of peer support counseling, guide for follow up support, suggested topics and process of peer support group and family support group. The guideline aims to guide the peers' work, ensure standardization, consistency and quality of the peer support work. The Guideline can be used as a tool for MMT peers to systematize their work. The Peers' handbook of Knowledge and Information about MMT can be used together the guideline as supplement. The Guideline can also be used as reference for clinicians who are doing psychosocial intervention themselves.
